What we collect, what we never collect, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it.
ما نجمعه، ما لا نجمعه أبداً، مدة احتفاظنا به، وما هي حقوقك عليه.
Card details (PAN, expiry, CVV) — these are entered on a separate hostname and pass straight to the card processor over an encrypted channel. We don't proxy them, we don't log them, we don't store them. We never receive your full name, address, ID number or date of birth.
بيانات البطاقة (رقم البطاقة، تاريخ الانتهاء، CVV) — تُدخل على نطاق منفصل وتمرّ مباشرة إلى معالج البطاقات عبر قناة مشفّرة. لا نمرّرها عبرنا، ولا نسجّلها، ولا نخزّنها. لا نستلم أبداً اسمك الكامل أو عنوانك أو رقم هويتك أو تاريخ ميلادك.
Order metadata (SIM number, amount, order ID, status) is retained for seven years to satisfy financial record-keeping rules. HTTP logs are rotated weekly. Email correspondence is retained for two years from last contact.
بيانات الطلب الوصفية (رقم الشريحة، المبلغ، رقم الطلب، الحالة) تُحفظ لمدة سبع سنوات للامتثال لقواعد حفظ السجلات المالية. سجلات HTTP تُدوّر أسبوعياً. المراسلات البريدية تُحفظ لمدة سنتين من آخر تواصل.
We do not sell, rent or barter any of the data we collect. We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or analytics that build profiles.
لا نبيع أو نؤجّر أو نقايض أيّاً من البيانات التي نجمعها. لا نستخدم متتبّعات إعلانية أو بكسلات إعادة استهداف أو تحليلات تبني ملفات تعريف.
You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, send you a copy, correct any mistake, or delete it (subject to the retention rules above). Email privacy@bahrainagent.org with your order ID or the email you used; we reply within 30 days.
